Fern Software APMEA will be at the 5th Global SME Finance Forum 2019 on 07 – 09 October 2019 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Debbie Watkins, Managing Director of Fern Software APMEA, has been invited to act as moderator for a panel discussion titled ‘Embracing Disruption: How Tech Firms are Driving the New Banking Model’ where senior delegates from Experian, Grab, IBM and PayPal will be examining the role of tech firms in financial services; whether and how they should be regulated; and whether they are competitors or collaborators for traditional financial services providers.
Organised by SME Finance Forum, the 5th edition of their annual flagship Global SME Finance Forum 2019 centres around the theme titled ‘The Convergence of the Real and Financial Sectors in SME Finance’ where participants will examine the implications of new entrants on traditional SME financial institutions and the strategies adopted by financiers and regulators to cope with the competition.
This year’s forum will feature a host of 80+ speakers and thought leaders from the FinTech and financial services industry; more than 500+ international and regional representatives from the SME and financial institution sector gathered together for a 3-day event filled with networking opportunities and knowledge sharing.
Forum delegates will also have the opportunity to discover the latest Fern Software solutions at our exhibition booth so don’t miss out on this event!
