SINGAPORE – 28 September 2016 – Debbie Watkins, Managing Director APMEA of Fern Software, a leading provider of banking software for inclusive financial institutions worldwide, will be speaking at the upcoming IDA’s New Ways of Work Conference 2016 on 20 October 2016 at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
As part of their aim to steer Singapore towards the Smart Nation Vision, IDA has created New Ways of Work (NWoW) as a platform to connect employers and business owners in Singapore and create awareness of new ways to work.
During this event, participants will be able to engage with subject matter experts, network with employers of leading organisations and discover new ways of work which enables them to revolutionise the work environment by breaking traditional models in workspace design, business interactions and human resource management.
Debbie will be joining Sher-Li Torrey, Founder and Director of Mums@Work (Singapore), in an interactive discussion titled ‘An Ever-Changing Employee Landscape – and What It Means to Manage the New Workforce’ as they share their thoughts and insights on how flexible workspaces can help companies adapt to the changing demands of employees and why it is fast catching on in Singapore.
