The agenda of this webinar will focus on opportunities for outcomes management that are particularly relevant to the micro small and medium enterprises (MSME) market. Drawing on recent examples from countries as diverse as Canada and Nepal, we will explore goal alignment, engagement with entrepreneurs, software and reporting – and how the findings can be leveraged to build better offerings to the MSME market.
