With employees and partners based in Africa, Asia, Australia South Pacific, Europe, India, Middle East and North America, our professional teams of project managers, support engineers and developers have delivered projects in over 40 countries across the spectrum of banking customers: development banks, microfinance institutions, credit unions, enterprise development agencies, social housing mortgage providers, social investment organisations and community development financial institutions. From small organisations with under a thousand clients to large multi-branch entities with hundreds of thousands of clients, we have delivered solutions that have stood the test of usage in a variety of banking environments.
Our headquarters in Belfast, Northern Ireland also looks after our large installed base of credit unions and social investment organisations in the UK and Ireland.
Our Singapore regional office was recently created due to its easy accessibility for both potential and existing clients from the Asia, Pacific and Africa regions. Our new office in the Central Business District will be the hub for both individual and user group meetings, giving our clients a chance to interact and brainstorm with both the Fern team and each other.
Fern has a number of accredited partners in Ghana, Gambia, Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa. They have carried out some of the most challenging assignments since 1998 for clients including SACCOs, Credit Unions and Microfinance Institutions (MFIs).
With employees and partners based in Trichy (India), Cebu and Jakarta, our Asia presence provides vital support in the region. They have also developed and maintained new products and services that are widely used in many countries. Our India office was originally set up to carry out vital software testing and validation services, and now also provides a support service to customers within the region.
From Brisbane, Port Moresby and Suva, our teams in Australia and South Pacific have carried out some of the most complex and demanding implementations, including the replacement of very costly legacy systems.
Our local partner in Jordan has recently delivered an Arabic language implementation to a key microfinance provider in the country, and Sharia compliant products are now being introduced for the Middle East market.
Fern Software has recently established an office in Toronto, Canada in order to support OACFDC, an Ontario government agency, in the development and implementation of our new system for SME lending and support services. The Toronto office will be the technical and support base for the North American market: for banks, credit unions, community development financial institutions and other social investment providers.
